MoRun Cardiff is a running event held in Bute Park, Cardiff, supporting the Movember charity. Distances include 1.5k Mini MoRun, 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon.
The course is flat on tarmac paths through Bute Park. It is wheelchair accessible, buggy-friendly, and dogs are welcome.
All runners receive a finisher medal and a MoRunning headband. Water and snacks are available at the finish line.
MoRun supports Movember, raising funds for men's health issues including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention.
