Yes. On the day entries are accepted for cash only and carry a slightly higher fee than online entry, so it is worth entering online in advance if you can.

Affiliated entry is for runners who hold a current club affiliation through a recognised governing body and is the cheaper rate. Unaffiliated entry is for everyone else. Members of Lancaster Runner's Club have a separate reduced rate.

Yes. A course map is published on MapMyRun and is linked from the organiser's event page, which is useful for working out where the turning points fall.

The route follows the promenade on a flat, paved surface with views over Morecambe Bay. There are no hills or technical sections, but the seafront is exposed if the wind picks up.

The 5k turns just after the Battery and the 10k turns near the old lifeboat station, with the 10 mile heading further along the bay before returning.
