The 6.7 Mile race starts at 17:00 (5:00 PM).
Road shoes are recommended unless the course is wet. The course is mainly good underfoot.
Entry includes chip timing, a goody bag, map, medal, and the It's Grim Up North running experience with treats at the finish line.
If the course is wet, trail shoes may be more appropriate than road shoes. The event will proceed in most weather conditions.
