Momata Rock Trail is a mountain race of roughly 22.6 kilometres on the western slope and part of the ridge of Selečka Mountain near Prilep in North Macedonia. Runners start and finish in the courtyard of the Sveti Dimitrija monastery above the village of Selce and climb through pine forest, past the cult Momata rock and the rocky Ustrelec terraces, up to the 1,568 metre peak Ëule before a runnable ridge traverse and the descent back to the monastery. The route packs in about 1,470 metres of climbing over forest trail, rock and open ridge, with four control and refreshment points and a six hour time limit. The field is capped at 100 solo runners, and the day offers wide views over Prilep, Markovi Kuli, the Pelagonia plain and the wild Mariovo country.

There are four control points: Domakinsko Cheshmure, Ustrelec, the Tome Temelkoski mountain lodge and the summit of Ëule. The first and the lodge also serve as refreshment points.
No mandatory kit list is published, only the number of control points. For this kind of mountain terrain, water, a mobile phone, wind and rain protection and shoes with good grip are sensible.
The best viewpoints are around Ustrelec and along the ridge of Selečka, where the course opens out over Prilep, the Pelagonia plain and the Mariovo area.
