The Mitja Badia de Roses is a half marathon that starts and finishes in the coastal town of Roses, on the Bay of Roses in the Alt Empordà region of Girona, Spain. The route is almost entirely flat, with a maximum altitude of one metre above sea level and only four metres of climbing, and it mixes 70% asphalt with 30% dirt track and path. Runners pass four liquid refreshment stations and one solid food station, and the event allows a maximum time of 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the distance.
