Mioritic Coffee Run is a community trail running day based at the football field in Copăceni, a village in Săndulești commune, Cluj county, in the hills just below the Cheile Turenilor gorge. Runners choose between 4 km, 6 km and 10 km on varied off-road ground, while children under ten have their own free 500 m Kids Race. Nothing is timed and no results are published, so the day is about moving at your own pace rather than racing. The 2026 edition takes place on 18 October with a 12:30 start, and part of every entry fee goes to children in the schools of Mihai Viteazu, Moldovenești and Copăceni through Asociația Pro Neuro Turda. Entries are taken in person until 16 October at The Bean Turda and The Bean Micro, and it is also possible to sign up on the day for an extra 10 lei.

You need suitable footwear with a sole appropriate for running in nature and your own water container, because no paper or plastic cups are provided at the hydration points.
The 4 km route is accessible and suits those new to running on varied terrain, the 6 km route is the intermediate option with moderate difficulty, and the 10 km route, with roughly 300 m of positive climb, is the most demanding and is aimed at runners with experience on paths and uneven ground.
