Absolutely everyone! Mums, Dads, brothers, sisters, kids, grandparents and even your dog! MoRunning is all about inclusivity, so whether you are just starting out, a seasoned runner, young or old, you can be a MoRunner.
For the 5K, some walking is allowed however, due to time constraints, the 10K and half marathon events must be predominantly running/jogging.
Half Marathon registration closes at 09:20, 5K and 10K registration closes at 09:50, and Mini MoRun registration closes at 11:20.
Yes, there is a fancy dress competition. Line up between the fancy dress flags by 9:15am to participate. There will also be spot prizes for best dressed Mini MoRunners.
Yes, you can form teams with friends, family or colleagues. Make sure everyone uses exactly the same team name when booking.
