Mikulášská dvacítka - 20 km

The exact schedule for Saturday 28 November 2026 will be announced by the organiser. Typically, you should plan to arrive at least 60–90 minutes before the start to collect your race number, use the toilets, and warm up. Listen for announcements regarding race briefing and start procedures. After the finish, there may be refreshments and a results area.

The precise start and finish locations have not been specified in the event description. The town of Stříbro is the venue, and usually the start/finish is located in the town centre or at a sports ground. Check the organiser's website and the participant guide for exact coordinates and course map.

Stříbro lies in the Plzeňský kraj and is accessible by train from Plzeň (about 30 km) on the line towards Cheb. The nearest international airport is Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG), about 110 km away. From the airport, take a bus or taxi to Prague's Main Station, then a train to Stříbro. Alternatively, drive from Prague via the D5 motorway, taking the Stříbro exit.

The course for the Mikulášská dvacítka is not fully described, but the region around Stříbro includes gentle hills and forested paths. If possible, incorporate hill repeats and trail runs into your training. Ensure you have a base of at least 10K and gradually increase your long runs. Practise running in cold, wet conditions to test your clothing choices. Aim to complete at least one 16–18K training run before race day.
