The Mental Elf Festive Fun Run takes place on Worthing seafront and is run by West Sussex Mind to raise money for local mental health services. Participants follow the Worthing parkrun course between Splashpoint and Grand Avenue and back, with a 5K and a 2K option to choose from. The event is open to runners, walkers, families with buggies, teams, wheelchair users and dogs, so people of all ages and abilities can take part. The day includes a free warm-up session, on-course support, music, food and children's activities, with medical assistance available throughout.
