Media Maratón de Teruel

Plan to arrive early for bib pickup and bag drop. The start area will have corrals based on estimated finish time. Follow race marshals' instructions. After finishing, you'll receive your medal and can enjoy post-race refreshments.

This is a road half marathon, so focus on building endurance with long runs and incorporating pace work. Include some hill training as Teruel has gentle inclines. For the 7k or 14k, adjust volume accordingly. Aim to run on similar road surfaces during training.
