The Mattoni Ústí nad Labem Half Marathon, part of the RunCzech series, sends runners along the Elbe River through one of northern Czechia's most distinctive landscapes. The 21 km course is around 90% paved with a modest 120 m of elevation gain, passing industrial heritage sites framed by the Bohemian Central Mountains while the 10K field branches off at kilometre six to weave through the sandstone formations near Střekov. Aid stations every three kilometres supply mineral water along the way, and finishers collect porcelain medals made in Dubí's historic factories plus access to Střekov Castle's usually closed underground casemates. The same day also hosts a 10K race and a one-mile family run, giving the event a broad appeal across the RunCzech calendar.

The 2026 edition is held on Saturday 19 September 2026 in Ústí nad Labem, Czechia.
The half marathon is largely paved, roughly 90% asphalt, and follows the Elbe River with about 120 m of elevation gain. It is well known as a fast course that produces personal bests.
