Martinslauf

The Martinslauf is a traditional fun run for the whole family around the Unterbacher See in Düsseldorf. The event features a 10 km run, a 5.8 km lake loop (also available as Nordic walking), and various children's and youth races. The course starts and finishes at the south beach of the lake, offering a scenic route through the local recreation area. Chip timing is included, and every finisher receives a Weckmann. The event is organised by the athletics department of SFD '75.
