Mamba 100 unfolds on the dirt trails of the Wolf River trail system in Memphis, Tennessee, across the weekend of 6 and 7 November 2026. Four distances are on offer, 100 miles, 100K, 50K and 25K, so a first trail outing and a full Western States qualifier share the same start area and the same woodland course. The weekend is built around crews, with family and friends able to settle in on site and follow their runners through the day and into the night. It is organised by Mamba Trail Runners, the Memphis club that staged the city's first 100 mile race.
