RefundsAll entry fees are non-refundable. However, if you become pregnant, a refund is available on request. You may also defer to a future event within 12 months or transfer to another runner (not within 7 days of event).

TransfersTransfers between runners can be done through BigFeat Events within deadline (approx. 1 week before event).

DeferralsEntries may be deferred toward a future event within 12 months, but not within 7 days of event.

If the race is cancelledNo refund if event cancelled due to weather.

Bad weatherEvent officials reserve the right to delay, cancel, or suspend the race due to inclement weather. No refund issued in these circumstances.
