The Lush Halloween Party Run is a themed 5K social run that starts and finishes at Lush Spa Birmingham, where participants gather for a welcome, an introduction at the venue and a warm-up before the group sets off. Run Leaders support the group along the route and every pace is welcome, with a playlist setting the mood rather than a clock. Back at the finish, runners are handed a Halloween-themed Lush sample goodie bag and a glow stick, along with a post-run face spritz and hydration. One participant is selected to win a Lush Spa treatment, and the emphasis throughout is on community, music and Halloween fun rather than competition.
