Love to Run Manchester 5k, 10k, Half Marathon + Couples Relay

Heaton Park provides the setting for this Valentine's themed running event in Manchester, with a choice of 5K, 10K, half marathon or couples relay distances. The route follows the park's wide tarmac roads and paths, looping past open parkland, woodland and Heaton Hall. The course is undulating throughout, with a mix of steady climbs, gradual descents and long runnable sections. Runners receive chip timing, water stations, snacks and a bespoke finisher's medal, and the course is measured, marshalled and signposted throughout. Participants are free to race, run with a friend, or take part in the couples relay, where each partner covers a 5K before handing over.
