Absolutely everyone! Mums, Dads, brothers, sisters, kids, grandparents and even your dog! MoRunning is all about inclusivity, so whether you are just starting out, a seasoned runner, young or old, you can be a MoRunner.
For the 5K, some walking is allowed. However, due to time constraints, the 10K and half marathon events must be predominantly running/jogging.
Yes, there's a fancy dress competition. Line up between the fancy dress flags by 9:15am to participate. There are also spot prizes for best dressed Mini MoRunners.
Yes, you can form teams with friends, family or colleagues. Make sure everyone uses exactly the same team name when booking.
London MoRun supports Movember, a charity focused on men's health issues.
