The Lions Half Marathon Treviglio sends runners out along flat, scenic roads through the green countryside of the Bergamo plain, on courses certified for competition and organised under FIDAL rules. Three options are offered, a half marathon, the Diecimila de Trei over 10 km, and a non-competitive route of 7 to 10 km, and every one of them starts at the PalaFacchetti and finishes in Piazza Garibaldi in the middle of town. Chip timing, a finisher medal, a race pack, photography and aid stations along the way round out the day, and the flat asphalt makes it a realistic place to chase a personal best.

All the routes run on flat, scenic roads through the Bergamo countryside on certified courses. The surface is asphalt with almost no climbing, which makes it a good place to aim for a fast time.
The flat course and the presence of shorter distances make the event accessible to newcomers. Anyone running a first half marathon gets a quick, well-supported route through town.
Yes. The finish in Piazza Garibaldi in the centre of Treviglio is the best place to watch everyone come home and to enjoy the atmosphere of the day.
Whether you can switch distances depends on the organiser and on remaining places. Contact the race office before the event to check whether a change is possible.
Bib transfers are not automatic. Most Italian races allow them only up to a deadline and through a formal name change process, so check the conditions with the organiser.
