Other questions
In a backyard ultra everyone covers the same loop, in this case 7 km, and must set off again at the start of each hour. Runners who are not on the start line when the next hour begins are out, and the race continues until only one runner is left.
There is no fixed total. The 7 km figure refers to one loop, and how many loops you complete depends on how long you can keep meeting the hourly start, so the distance is different for every runner.
The Mini-Backyard is a shorter companion event listed alongside the main backyard ultra, aimed at runners who want a shorter or more relaxed version of the format. Check the organiser's website for its exact distance and rules.
The start and finish area, along with the loop route, are confirmed by the organiser on the Limhamns FF event page closer to race day.
Crew and support arrangements are set by the organiser and can vary between backyard events. Check the event page for the current rules on outside assistance.
