Les Vosgirunners Trails Nature - 12K

Check-in usually takes place on race morning at the event village in Niederbronn-les-Bains. You will likely need to show ID and your registration confirmation to collect your bib. Arrive at least 45-60 minutes before the start to allow time for check-in, bag drop, and warm-up. The organiser will publish exact times and locations on their website closer to the event.

The finish line typically offers water, snacks, and sometimes a small meal or local produce. You'll receive your finisher's medal or memento if applicable. There may be a bag drop area and facilities to change. Results are often posted online shortly after. Enjoy the festive atmosphere and support fellow runners.

For a 12K trail with 320m elevation, you don't need mandatory kit, but recommended items include: trail running shoes with good grip, moisture-wicking clothing, a light windproof/waterproof jacket, a small hydration pack or bottle (at least 500ml), energy gels or snacks, a whistle, and a mobile phone. Check the organiser's website for any specific mandatory equipment list, which may include a cup for aid stations (no disposable cups).

If injured, stop and assess. If you can move, proceed slowly to the nearest aid station or marshal. If not, call the emergency number on your bib and stay put. For lost: retrace your steps to the last known course marker. Always carry a phone and whistle. The course is within the Vosges foothills, so mobile coverage may be patchy; download the course map in advance.
