Les Foulées du Bouchon is a colour run staged in the village of Anneux in the Nord department of northern France, organised by the association Les Bouchons du Cambrésis. Participants choose between a 10 kilometre run, a 5 kilometre run and a non-timed walk, so the morning works for competitive runners and for families alike. Coloured powder is thrown over participants along the way, turning the route into a moving festival rather than a straight race. Full practical details, entry fees and start times are published on the organiser's HelloAsso event page as race day approaches.
