Les Foulées Bleues Litoises is a late autumn running and walking event held in Lit-et-Mixe, a small town in the Landes department of south-west France. Entrants pick between a 5 km and a 10 km course, and each of those distances also has a walking option for people who would rather cover the ground on foot than race it. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Sunday 15 November. The event is put on by the local association Les Amis du Sport, and entries are handled through the association's HelloAsso page, which is also the place to check for the latest details.

The event is listed for Sunday 15 November 2026 in Lit-et-Mixe. Dates for this kind of local race can shift, so it is worth confirming on the organiser's HelloAsso page closer to the day.
Yes. Both distances have a dedicated walking category, so walkers are entered in their own event rather than mixed in with the runners.
No closing date has been published. Small local races often accept entries right up to race morning, but it is safest to register in advance through the HelloAsso page.
Lit-et-Mixe sits in the Landes department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in south-west France, a short drive inland from the Atlantic coast. The precise start area is confirmed by the organiser nearer the date.
The town is easily reached by car from the coastal resorts and from the A63 motorway, and there are regional train services to nearby towns such as Dax and Morcenx with a road connection onwards. A car makes the final leg much simpler.
