Other questions
The event takes place on Sunday 6 December 2026 in Cahors, in the Lot department of the Occitanie region of France. Specific meeting points for each challenge are confirmed by the organiser ASPTT Cahors.
The programme includes a 5 km run, a walking hike (randonnée pédestre), youth relays for teams of four over three or four hours, adult relays for teams of four over four or six hours, and a two-person adult running relay over six hours.
The Téléthon is the annual French charity fundraising weekend. Les Défis du Téléthon is organised as part of that weekend, so entries and activities support the cause rather than a standard commercial race.
The youth relays (Relais 4 Jeunes) and the adult relays (Relais 4 Adultes) are for teams of four. The Relais 2 Adultes Course à Pied is for teams of two adults.
Each relay is listed with a duration, either three, four or six hours. That window is the period over which the team relay runs, and further format details are confirmed by the organiser.
