Course et rando LA'titude is the annual nature running and walking day of the commune of Loire-Authion, organised together with the athletics club of Saint-Barthélemy-d'Anjou. Runners set off on 10 km and 18 km nature courses while walkers choose between a family 3 km outing, a scenic 10 km route and a more demanding 16 km route. The day is built around an entertainment village with music, podium ceremonies and a cheque presented to a local association. One euro from every entry goes to that association, and recent editions have brought together around 700 runners and more than 350 walkers.

Yes. A family 3 km walk is part of the programme and an entertainment village welcomes children and adults throughout the day.
Yes. One euro from every entry is donated to a local association. In 2025 a cheque for 1,011 € was presented to the association De Victor en Victoires.
Yes, refreshment and aid points are set up along the routes, as in previous editions.
LA'titude is a nature race. The routes use footpaths and tracks through the Loire-Authion countryside, so a mix of surfaces underfoot is to be expected.
