Two formats are offered: the 6H, a 6-hour timed trail race on a 4.5 km nature loop, and the Torgnole, a festive 4 x 400m beer-mile-inspired race.
Teams are made up of 2, 3 or 4 runners. Only one team member is allowed on the course at a time, and changeovers take place exclusively in the dedicated zone at the base village.
Each participant completes four 400 m loops (1.6 km in total). Before each loop, they must drink one beer or lemonade provided by the organisation. The race is supervised and festive.
The event provides chip timing, refreshments along the route, a finisher medal and gift, toilets, changing rooms, baggage storage, a photographer and physiotherapy.
Both the start and finish are located at the Bois de Saint-Pierre in Auchel.
