La Foulée de la Vie returns to Peynier, a small Provençal town in the Bouches-du-Rhône, on Saturday 10 October 2026. Entrants choose between a 10 kilometre run and a 5 kilometre run, and a separate 5 kilometre walk gives people who would rather not race the chance to take part on the same day. The event fills the streets and lanes around the town with club runners, local families and first-timers, and everything finishes back in Peynier where the prizegiving and post-race refreshments are held. Distances are kept short and the ground underfoot is paved throughout, which makes the morning an easy introduction to organised running in the region. Yes. A dedicated 5 kilometre walk runs alongside the two races, which makes the day a good option for families, friends and anyone returning from injury who still wants to be part of the event.
