La Diagonale du Fou takes over the Côte du Jerzual in Dinan for a full 24 hours, from 15 to 16 October 2026, split into 24 one-hour slots. Each slot covers a single 0.6 km loop on the cobbled street between Rue du Jerzual and Rue du Port, climbing 60 m and descending 60 m on ground that is steep and paved rather than trail. Runs are individual, open to anyone aged 16 and over, and each slot is capped at three participants to keep the noise down for residents. The event is organised by PokerTrail / Aventure Hustive and raises funds for the Aventure Hustive Grand Raid 2027 project, which aims to help people with disabilities take part in the Diagonale des Fous.

The course follows the Côte du Jerzual, an old cobbled and steep street in the historic centre of Dinan, between Rue du Jerzual and Rue du Port. Expect 60 m of climbing and 60 m of descending per loop.
