Teams of four to fifteen people aged 16 or over who work for the same company, including employees and part-time or similar staff.
Teams have two to five members and must include at least one elementary school pupil and at least one person of junior high school age or older. A team of pupils only cannot enter. Each pupil may run a maximum of one 1.9 km lap, and members do not have to be related by blood.
