The full marathon follows a JAAF-certified course with a six-hour time limit and ten cut-off checkpoints along the way. There are separate categories for runners registered with the athletics federation and for general entrants.

If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, entry is decided by lottery, although some places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Lottery results are scheduled to be announced in mid-October 2026.
You may enter both the marathon and the 20.7km marathon. Any other duplicate entry by the same person, such as an individual entry plus a group entry, entries into several groups, or entries into other multiple events, is disqualified.
Successful applicants are billed for the entry fee plus, if requested, a commemorative gift, a fee for a personalised athlete bib with a nickname, and a sports promotion donation, together with an administrative fee charged at the time of selection.
The previous edition drew 12,638 participants: 10,892 in the marathon, 226 pairs (452 runners) in the pair relay marathon, 572 in the 20.7km marathon and 722 in the fun run. The winning marathon times were 2:16:14 for men and 2:40:36 for women.
