The Love Run takes over Kelvingrove Park in Glasgow's West End for a Valentine's weekend race day built around a 2.5km park loop. Runners can choose the standard 5km or 10km, or try something a little different: the couples relay, where teams of two cover 10km in 2.5km legs, or the speed dating 5km, where running partners change at every kilometre. Every format shares the same fully marshalled, chip-timed setup, and everyone finishes with a bespoke medal, post-race goodies and free race photos. The park is easy to reach, with Kelvinbridge underground station the closest stop, and the whole day runs alongside one race-day atmosphere.

You enter as a team of two and cover 10km in total. Each runner completes 5km, split into two 2.5km legs, so you swap over partway through the route.
It is a relaxed 5km around the park where you change running partner at each kilometre mark. The running stays the focus of the day, with the partner changes making it a social way to meet other runners.
You enter a single format when you register. The formats run at different times through the day, so check the start times before choosing which one suits you.
