Runners set off from the Planinarski dom Stražilovo above Sremski Karlovci for 11 km of forest trail on Fruška gora, with around 400 m of climbing and two control points, KT1 and KT2, along the way. The field is capped, entries cost 2800 dinars and close on 7 November 2026, which keeps the start line small and familiar. The race grew out of a commemorative zero edition held two years ago for the 100th anniversary of mountaineering in Sremski Karlovci, followed by the first full edition the year before this one, and 2026 continues that tradition. The day is built around a single loop that begins and ends at the mountain home.

There are two control points, marked KT1 and KT2.
Both are at the Planinarski dom Stražilovo, the mountaineering home on Fruška gora above Sremski Karlovci. It is the same place for the start and the finish.
The event grew from a commemorative zero edition held two years ago for the 100th anniversary of mountaineering in Sremski Karlovci, followed by the first full edition the year before this one. The 2026 race continues that tradition.
