The 32nd Johannesbad Thermal Spa Marathon takes place on 31 January 2027 in Bad Füssing, with every race starting and finishing at the Johannesbad on Johannesstraße 2. Runners cover a road circuit through the spa town: the 10K uses the south circuit once, the half marathon covers the full circuit once, and the marathon runs it twice. The courses were remeasured by AIMS in September 2025. Registered participants receive thermal bath entry vouchers for the Saturday and Sunday, and every finisher collects a medal. In 2027, parts of the thermal spa may be restricted because of modernization work.
