The Ith-Hils-Ultratrail takes runners through the forested ridges of the Ith and Hils hills in Lower Saxony. The event offers two ultramarathon distances: a full 81 km course and a 51 km option that finishes in Delligsen. Participants tackle technically demanding trail paths with significant elevation changes, organised by Sportfreunde Osterwald.
