Inspira Eco Run Erechim is a trail running event held in Erechim, in the north of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, on 17 October 2026. The long course covers 22 km of trail with 900 m of climbing and 900 m of descent, run solo, with two aid stations on the route and a five-hour time limit. The long course sets off at 14:30 and shares the day with the shorter courses on the programme. The event is organised by Inspira Eventos and pairs the sport with an environmental message, encouraging sustainable practice and care for the region's biodiversity.

The Inspira Eco Run is built around a respect for the environment. It encourages sustainable practices among participants and organisers and highlights the preservation of the region's local biodiversity.
The course is a trail route with a good amount of climbing, so a hydration pack and the trail shoes you are used to are sensible choices. The organiser publishes the definitive kit list before race day, and any mandatory items will be confirmed there.
Trail events normally go ahead in wet conditions, and only severe weather such as lightning or an official safety warning would force a change. The organiser confirms the final decision on their own channels.
