The course is an out and back route along the tranquil Leeds to Liverpool Canal in Kirkstall. It's entirely flat, making it perfect for beginners and those looking for personal bests. The surface is suitable for road shoes.
Registration opens at 08:00. You should allow yourself 1 hour to park, register, and use the toilets before your race start time.
This is a cupless event, so all runners must bring their own labelled, reusable cup or bottle. These can be filled before, during, and after the event. Road shoes are recommended.
Yes! The event has a Halloween theme and there are spot prizes for Halloween fancy dress. There's no pressure to dress up, but it's encouraged.
