The course is a flat, off-road out-and-back along the River Mersey towpath within Chorlton Water Park. Each lap is 5.3 km (3.28 miles).
Toilets and changing rooms are available at Hardy Farm.
A well-stocked aid station offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options including bananas, dates, sweets, and cake.
All profits go to Save The Rhino and other local charities.
