Asuwa River floodplain 5 km lap course (5 km x 6 laps), all sections are out-and-back. Course width approx 3-4 m. Run on the left side; running on the right is prohibited and runners must not cross to the other side of the central cones. The course is not closed to the public - pedestrians and bicycles also use it.
