Before you enter

RefundsYou have a 14-day cooling-off period from payment for a full refund. After that, refunds are not available, but you may defer to the next year or transfer to another Castle Race Series event under certain conditions.

TransfersEntry may not be transferred to another person. Transfer to another Castle Race Series event possible with 89-15 days notice (£10 admin fee).

DeferralsWithdrawal 90+ days before: defer to next year's same event. Withdrawal 89-15 days: transfer to alternative event within 12 months. No refund within 14 days.

If the race is cancelledIf event cancelled due to circumstances beyond control, no refund. If event format changed, no refund.

Bad weatherEvent may be delayed, modified, or cancelled due to conditions or emergencies. No refund in case of cancellation.

Minimum ageParticipants must be 17 or older on race day for the 10K and Half Marathon, and 18 or older for the Marathon.

HeadphonesWhile not explicitly prohibited, it is recommended to be aware of your surroundings for safety. Check official race rules.
