Herbrumer Lauftag

Runners can choose between a 10 km cross-country race and a 5 km cross-country race. The programme is completed by a 3,000 m cross-country race, an 800 m run and a 600 m Bambini run for children.

Crosslauf is the German term for cross-country running. The races are run off-road rather than on tarmac, so expect grass, paths and natural ground underfoot, and choose your shoes accordingly.
