This free pop up run starts from Marble Arch in central London, where runners gather for a warm up before heading out together on a 5 km route at an easy, conversational pace. It is an untimed, all-abilities affair, so the day is about the group rather than the clock. The run doubles as the launch of a fundraising campaign that aims to break the London Marathon fundraising record, with a target of £2,500,000 split between M7education, Macmillan Cancer Support and MATW Project. The whole event runs for roughly two hours, ending with a raffle and prizes for participants.
