Bag dropYes, baggage storage is available near the finish line from 9:00 to 10:30. Bags must be tagged with your race number. Valuable items are not recommended.

Aid stationsYes, there are water stations at 3.8 km, 6.4 km, 10.5 km, 13.5 km, 17.4 km, and at the finish. Medical care is provided at the start, along the course, and at the finish.

Before you enter

RefundsIf you withdraw up to 40 days before the event (by 16 March 2027), 50% of the entry fee is refunded. No refunds after 16 March 2027.

TransfersYou can transfer your race number to another registered runner until 18 April 2027 via the registration system. A transfer fee of 10 PLN applies.

If the race is cancelledThe organiser reserves the right to cancel or change the date due to force majeure. In case of cancellation, entry fees are refunded.

Minimum ageFor the half marathon, you must be at least 18 years old on race day. For the debutant run, you must be at least 16 years old.

Time limitYes, the half marathon has a 3-hour time limit. The debutant run has a 40-minute time limit.

Collecting your numberRace packet pickup is at the race office at MOSiR Stadium, ul. Sportowa 12, Koło. Hours: Saturday 24 April 16:00-18:00 and Sunday 25 April 08:30-10:00.
