RefundsEntry fee is non-refundable.

TransfersYes, you can transfer to another event for free if there are 7+ working days until the event, or for £10 if 2-7 days. Less than 48 hours, you can run virtually.

DeferralsNo deferral; transfer options available.

If the race is cancelledIf event cancelled due to circumstances outside control, no refund; entry automatically rolled over to following year.

Bad weatherIn case of cancellation due to extreme weather, entry rolls over to next year.

Minimum ageParticipants must be aged 18 or older on race day.

HeadphonesBone conduction headphones are permitted on open roads; other headphones may be prohibited. Check race briefing.

Time limitThe time limit will be specified in event materials; may be amended on the day due to weather.
