GP Grand Premium Brasil 2026 turns the streets of Rio de Janeiro into a global stage for professional and amateur athletics, as 27 Brazilian capitals stage the same simultaneous start on 6 December 2026. In Rio the route follows the waterfront past Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon and continues through the Aterro do Flamengo, all on paved city roads. Athletes pick between the official 3km, 5km, 10km and 15km courses, with separate waves for wheelchair athletes, elite women and men, other PCD entrants, the Premium peloton and the General peloton. Entries are sold as numbered kits, from the Caminhada International package at R$ 169.00 to the Master Internacional package at R$ 1,798.90, and half-price places are available to PCD athletes and to older entrants in the general public category. Everyone has a maximum of two and a half hours to complete the course.
