The GP Grand Premium Brasil 2026 turns the streets of Porto Velho into a global showcase for professional and amateur athletics. Runners pick between official 3 km, 5 km, 10 km and 15 km courses laid out around the Espaço Alternativo on Avenida Jorge Teixeira and the city's historic centre, all on paved urban roads. The event is one of 27 simultaneous starts staged by the series across Brazilian state capitals, billed as the largest mass start in the world. Race day opens with the wheelchair pelotão at 07:00, followed by the elite women and men, the remaining para-athlete waves and the Premium and General fields. The whole event runs to a maximum duration of two hours and thirty minutes, and every kit carries a t-shirt, a medal, a pair of Leton flip-flops and an online professional certificate.
