The GP Grand Premium Brasil 2026 turns the streets around the Lagoa da Pampulha in Belo Horizonte into a race course, with official 3 km, 5 km, 10 km and 15 km routes starting from Praça Nova on Avenida Otacílio Negrão de Lima. The gun goes at the same moment in 27 Brazilian state capitals, billed as the largest simultaneous start in the world. Runners set off in waves through the morning, beginning with wheelchair athletes at 07:00 and closing with the general peloton at 08:25, and the whole event runs to a maximum of two and a half hours. The ground underfoot is paved city road throughout. Every entry includes a distance-specific t-shirt, a finisher medal, a pair of Chinelo Leton flip-flops and an online certificate, with running shoes added in the Sênior and Master kits.
