Yes, at all races there is a cloakroom service in the same area as bib pickup or check-in.

If you have insurance, managed by federations or private companies, that covers sports accidents, you don't need to take out the race insurance. Make sure it includes the event's activity. You will have to present the insurance document during bib pickup, but it will be your responsibility that it meets all requirements.
