DeferralsEntries may be deferred to a future event within 12 months.

If the race is cancelledNo refund if event cancelled due to weather.

Bad weatherEvent officials reserve the right to delay, cancel, or suspend the race due to inclement weather. No refund in these circumstances.

Minimum ageParticipants must be aged 15 or older on race day for the 10K (inferred from general age limits).

HeadphonesHeadphones are not advised for safety reasons as you need to hear instructions and other participants.
