Distance
Terrain
The Foulées de Rando Nature pair two trails of 8 km and 16 km with two walks over the same distances, all starting and finishing on Trestel beach at Trévou-Tréguignec. The route shares the ground between the seafront, forest tracks and country lanes, so runners get a mix of coastal path and soft inland trail with wide views over the Brittany coast. Entries are taken through Klikego and every runner must bring a licence or a PPS valid on the day. The host club, Rando Nature, is an association of public interest, and in 2024 it shared €3,210 between local schools, Les Enfants de Trestel, the Lannion food bank, BASE, the Trestel hospital, BA mwen an Thibault and Un rayon de soleil pour Emma.
