PEAK Lake Garda 42 takes place on 11 April 2027 around the northern end of Lake Garda in Italy, with two road races run on the same day. The LG42 Marathon begins at 09:00 on the lakefront in Limone sul Garda and follows the water through Riva del Garda, Arco and Torbole before reaching Malcesine, while the LG21 Half Marathon begins at 09:30 from Piazza delle Canoniche in Arco and runs toward the lake along the Sarca river. Both distances share the same finish in Malcesine, and the marathon course is measured and approved by the Italian Athletics Federation. The event is organised by COMMUNICO ITALIA SSD A RL.

The event is held on Sunday 11 April 2027 around the northern end of Lake Garda in Italy.
There are two road races: the LG42 Marathon over 42.195 km and the LG21 Half Marathon over 21.098 km. Both are run on the same day.
From the Limone sul Garda lakefront the route follows the lake north through Riva del Garda, Arco and Torbole before continuing to the finish in Malcesine. It is a point to point road course.
The half marathon leaves Piazza delle Canoniche in Arco and runs toward Lake Garda following the Sarca river, then continues along the shore to the shared finish in Malcesine.
