Other questions
The UK Athletics minimum age requirements state participants must be at least 15 years old to run the Community 5 miles and 18 years old for the Exeter Live Better Marathon.
The event has two distances to choose from: a marathon (26.2 miles) or a 5 mile distance.
It’s not necessary to run the full distance in training. Building up to a 5-mile or marathon distance run can sufficiently prepare you for the race.
A balanced training plan should include short runs, long runs, cross-training, and rest days. It’s important to plan your workouts in advance and adjust them to fit your schedule.
Support typically includes water stations, energy drinks and medical assistance.
